Reduce salt in your food.

Salt is always a very important and unavoidable ingredient in almost all the dishes. But we should reduce using salt for various reasons.



People with high blood pressure like my dad for example, he is not allowed to eat salty food. For those who are trying to lose weight, they are advised not to use much because it can lead to water retention.
